I am enjoying painting abstracts in acrylics because the medium is so direct and layers so beautifully. This painting, “ Implied Convergence - Blue Dot” is a playful light-filled image that draws the viewer in, around and into the painting. Small visual gems await closer observation. This painting started with a full color underpainting, then layer upon layer to bring this image forward.
